Associate Dentist — Full-Time | Lombardo & Cho Dentistry | Yucca Valley, CA
Lombardo & Cho Dentistry is a high-technology, relationship-first private practice seeking a full-time Associate Dentist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience and an active California dental license. You'll work alongside experienced owner-dentists who offer genuine mentorship and the clinical autonomy to treat patients the right way — backed by state-of-the-art technology including CEREC, CBCT imaging, laser therapy, and X-ray AI. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Before anything else, we are looking for someone who is coachable, communicates
openly, and takes genuine pride in their work. The credentials matter — but the person
behind them matters more.
MUST-HAVE
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• DEA registration
• Current CPR/BLS certification
NICE-TO-HAVE
• CEREC / CAD-CAM workflow experience
• Implant, Invisalign, or cosmetic training
• Comfort with oral surgery (extractions, minor bone grafting)
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix
• Bilingual (Spanish)
Base of $850-$1000/day guarantee or 30% of collection (which ever is higher)
