For me, dentistry is a joy—a field I find so rewarding that studying and practicing it feels like pursuing a favorite hobby. I have always loved solving problems and finding practical solutions. When I was in dental school in the Philippines, I worked in a dental lab crafting crowns and dentures, and I even learned simple chair troubleshooting skills. Having that hands-on, technical background was incredibly beneficial when it came to successfully managing my own office back home, as it allowed me to keep operations running smoothly. Because I believe that no one can achieve greatness entirely on their own, I highly value collaboration.
