We are not simply recruiting associate dentists. We are looking for future partners who want to
grow professionally and financially alongside our organization.
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted California dental license.
Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification, as applicable.
Strong clinical skills in general and restorative dentistry.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry with compassion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an experienced dental team.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in comprehensive general dentistry, including crowns, bridges, extractions, and endodontics.
Ability to diagnose, develop treatment plans, and present treatment options effectively.
Interest in practice growth, leadership, and long-term career development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in future partnership and practice ownership opportunities.
