Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – California
We’re a patient-centered dental practice in Riverside, looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in great dentistry, smooth teamwork, and genuinely caring for people.
This is a place where systems matter, patients are respected, and assistants are valued—not burned out.
What you’ll do
Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take digital X-rays and impressions
Support infection control and sterilization protocols
Help create a calm, positive experience for patients
What we’re looking for
Active California RDA license (required)
X-ray certified
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience preferred, but the right attitude matters most
