Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient education and comfort. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including but not limited to: pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy. The Associate Dentist will work closely with our dental staff to ensure the highest standards of care are met in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Execute various dental procedures, including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, prosthodontics and implants.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office.

Compensation

While the prospect of Partner is on the table for all associates, an Associate General Dentist will be compensated 30% of daily production. We are a $2,000,000.00 a year collection office, and have been in business for 30 years. Mature and upscale practice. Associates must be in good standing for an entire year of employment at this practice to have the opportunity of Partner.

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience or knowledge in all fields is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical imaging, and dental terminology is essential.
Proficient in using Dentrix or similar dental software for patient management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
